Handcrafted entirely by local herders and village artisans, each piece is made using wool from their flocks, shaped with care and memory into a soft symbol of their everyday companion.

Created through the slow, thoughtful art of needle-felting, —  done not as a profession, but during moments of rest, when hands are free but hearts remain deeply connected to the land. These makers do not craft for trend or fame, but to honor their relationship with the animals that help them endure Ladakh’s extremes.
